"This Poor Tit" was written by Dr. Carolyn Vinson to encourage women of all races, creeds, and colors. After being diagnosed with an early stage breast cancer, Dr. Vinson decided to share her breast cancer experience and to encourage all women to have regular check ups and yearly mammograms.

Early detection and treatment can be life saving and it is incumbent upon each woman to take her health seriously.

As you read Dr. Vinson's story, you will find that there is laughter even in the midst of what could be considered a terrible situation. God always finds a way to temper our trials with grace!
