• First Lady Vinson celebrated 42 years of marriage to Apostle Thomas H. Vinson on January 13, 2010.
• First Lady Vinson celebrated her 63rd birthday on January 31, 2010.
• First Lady Vinson hosted her annual Highpoint Women’s Prayer Breakfast on January 30, 2010. Guest speakerwas Evangelist Sharon Seay-Eiland.
• Evangelist Vinson was the guest speaker on March 21, 2010 at the First Apostolic Church in Meridian, Mississippi for Bishop Dennis and Pastor Pearl Huggins as they celebrate their annual church anniversary. The service will be held at 5:00 P.M.
• Evangelist Vinson and family hosted a wonderful birthday gala for her husband Apostle Thomas H. Vinson turned 65 years of age on March 26, 2010. The gala was held at the Ravinia Club in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Evangelist Vinson will host a series of Ministry Forums in which she will hold open discussions about various ministry topics. The first session was held March 13, 2010. This first ministry session was a huge success and was followed by another session held on Saturday April 10, 2010 at 10:30 A.M.
• First Lady Vinson hosted her annual Womens Conference April 23-25, 2010. Guests included Evangelist Joyce Rodgers and national recording artist Beverly Crawford.
• Evangelist Vinson was the guest speaker for the 2nd Annual Womens Brunch/Tea being held at the New Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia on May 15, 2010.
• First Lady Vinson launches Lady V Productions and will release her new rap single "WHATCHA GETTIN HIGH FO?" First Lady is involved in a campaign designed to turn our youth and the general public away from drugs and substance abuse. The scheduled release date for the single is June 20, 2010. Soon..you may visit WHATCHAGETTINHIGHFO.COM to read Dr. Vinson's mission statement and find places to receive help for addiction. You may also purchase the CD along with your "WHATCHA GETTIN HIGH FO?" tee shirt. Stay tuned..this song is sure to be a hit!!
• First Lady Vinson will release two books in 2010. “THIS POOR TIT” which details her breast cancer experience and “THERE’S A WORD FOR THAT”, a compilation of 20 of her most noted sermons. This book will feature the written manuscripts and the CD’s of each message.
• First Lady Vinson participated in the Bishop Charles Ellis Annual Golf Classic. She birdied the fifth hole. Our team, which included Bishop Ellis, came in fourth place. First Lady plans to field her own team and return to Detroit in September.
